Qualifications
- Workers' Compensation Law experience
- Has a book of business, but is eager to grow it
- Legal Advice and Negotiation skills
- Research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association in Pennsylvania
- Experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus
